In situ measurement of light scattering in porous ceramics during sintering

Measuring the pore size distribution in ceramics via preparation of polished sections and image analysis is a tedious task and other measuring methods for that purpose should be investigated. The measurement of light transmission gives a sensitive tool for the detection of changes in pore size distribution.
