Injection-Locked Oscillators: Study Through Simulation and Experiments

Based on the existing theories, the simulation of an injection-locked negative conductance oscillator is described. The behavior of an injection locked X-band Gunn-oscillator is simulated. Experimental results are presented which support the results of simulation. The basic approach is general enough to be applied to any negative conductance injection locked oscillator.
