Novel Voltage/Current-Mode Translinear-C Quadrature Oscillator

A new quadrature oscillator employing only two translinear conveyors and two grounded capacitors is presented. The circuit is based on a new active inductor and provides three current-mode quadrature outputs and two voltage-mode quadrature outputs simultaneously. The bias current of conveyors can electronically control the frequency of oscillator. Results using real device parameters of bipolar transistors are given to verify the circuit.
