Single Element Tuned First Order All-Pass Filters Using a Single CCII

In this paper a set of single positive type second generation current conveyor CCII based first order all-pass filters are proposed. The circuits employ a single positive type second generation current conveyor (CCII) and only three passive components (one resister and two capacitors). The all four circuits presented in this paper exhibits a flat frequency response but produced a prescribed phase shift 0º to 180º with respect to frequency. The phase shift of all these circuits is controllable through single element. The simulated results are found in good agreement with theoretical analysis.
