Wide Bandwidth CMOS CCII+ Using Resistive-Compensation Technique
Hassan Jassim Motlak and S. Naseem Ahmad

In this paper, a new second generation current conveyor circuit based-on resistive compensation technique is proposed. The resistive compensation technique is very simple and powerful technique used to improve bandwidth and slew rate of CMOS CCII without extra power consumption. PSpice simulations for MIETEC 0.5 μm CMOS technology show that the current mode and voltage mode bandwidths are respectively 2.3 GHz and 3.3 GHz with power consumption of 2 mW. The simulation results have been included which confirm the desired results.
