0.8V High Performance OTA Using Flipped Voltage Follower
An ultra-Low voltage Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) capable of operating at 0.8V supply and based on flipped voltage follower technique in 0.13μm CMOS process is described. The proposed OTA has a gain of 105dB, phase margin of 88º, gain margin of 20dB and unity gain bandwidth of 25MHz which consumes 10.6μW power. The theoretical results have been verified through Smart Spice, and layout simulations.
