The Discovery of Glider Guns in a Game of Life for the Triangular Tessellation

Conway’s Game of Life has heretofore been the only “game of life” (GL) cellular automaton rule for which such constructs as “glider guns” have been found. This note introduces and briefly discusses another GL rule that supports “glider guns.” The rule is applied in the triangular tessellation, and not a square grid.
