PTTG1 expression and it’s rapidly evolving role in the progression and development of systemic malignancies

I read with great interest the recent article by Robles et al.1 Interestingly recent data suggests that pituitary tumor transforming gene 1 (PTTG1) may be involved in the progression and development of a number of systemic malignancies besides cervical carcinomas.
