Nano-heat Phenomena in Carbon Nanotubes

In this paper the nanoscale thermal waves are considered. The theoretical model for the generation by attosecond laser pulses of the thermal waves in nanotubes is discussed. The model is based on Dirac type thermal equation. The solution of the equation, temperature waves in nanotubes is obtained and discussed.
