On Complete and Precomplete Clones of Truth Functions

In the papers [3] and [1] the complete and precompletete clones of truth functions, respectively, were characterized by certain functional equations. In the present paper we obtain the solutions of those equations in the form of recurrent inequalities between the coefficients that determine the unknown functions. In particular this recaptures the well-known characterization of complete clones.
