Using Evidence-Centered Design to Align Formative and Summative Assessment

This paper describes a design methodology and an assessment delivery model that provide a natural alignment of formative and summative assessments. It instantiates these ideas in NetPASS, an assessment for learning within the domain of computer network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
