HyperNet 10, the international workshop of the Hypercomputation Research Network, was held as part of UC10, the 9th International Conference on Unconventional Computation, hosted by the University of Tokyo in Japan, from June 21–25, 2010. Tokyo is a beautiful and vibrant city, and we are extremely grateful to the UC10 organisers for making the conference and the workshop so enjoyable.

Events of this nature cannot take place without the support and commitment of a wide range of dedicated individuals. Our thanks go to all of the local organisers, programme committee members, authors, editors and anonymous referees whose active engagement helped make the workshop such a success, including: Andy Adamatzky, Selim Akl, Hajnal Andréka, Masashi Aono, Selmer Bringsjord, Cristian Calude, Barry Cooper, Jack Copeland, Tim Davidson, Francisco Antonio Doria, Jérôme Durand-Lose, Eugene Eberbach, Simon J. Gay, Marian Gheorghe, Masami Hagiya, Mark Hogarth, Viv Kendon, Hynek Mlnarík, Kenichi Morita, Yuuta Mukai, Satoshi Murata, Rajagopal Nagarajan, Istvan Németi, Nick Papanikolaou, Jacques Patarin, Ferdinand Peper, Volkmar Putz, Susan Stepney, Naveen Sundar G, Karl Svozil, Fumiaki Tanaka, Jon Timmis, Christof Teuscher, John Tucker, Benjamin Wells, and Yingrui Yang.
