Logical AND Circuit Using a CCII

The brief paper introduces realization of logic AND function using a current conveyor. The proposed circuit realizes logic AND operation using a single second generation current conveyor of positive polarity (CCII+). The results presented using CMOS implementation of current conveyor, operable at ± 1.5 V, show promising potential under capacitive loading conditions as well. The new work would be an instigation of further study in the area of mixed signal design, with easy compatibility of digital circuits with analog circuits.
