Real-time Generation of Positive Integer Geometric Sequences by One-Dimensional Cellular Automata

In this paper, we describe a wave network for cellular automata that can
generate positive integer geometric sequences {𝐺𝑛𝑎1,𝑟 }∞n=1 in real-time with at most 𝑟 + 𝑎1 + 2 states, where 𝐺𝑛𝑎1,𝑟 = 𝑎1𝑟𝑛−1 and 𝑟 ≥ 2, 𝑎1 ≥ 1 are positive integers.
