The Combinatorial and Algebraic Structure of the Hypergroup Associated to a Hypergraph

To any hypergraph P = [H, {Ai}i] a family of hypergroupoids is associated by means of a set of parametric hyperoperations. Certain properties of the hypergroupoid associated to a hypergraph are studied and some necessary and sufficient conditions for the hypergroupoid to be hypergroup, are obtained.
