Pierce Stalks in Preprimal Varieties

In this paper we employ the theory of central elements to provide new information about the Pierce stalks for those preprimal varieties which are generated by algebras whose term operations are the set of functions preserving ℎ-ary central relations, with ℎ ≥ 2, and proper, non-trivial equivalence relations, respectively.
