Aurang Zeb, Asghar Khan, Muhammad Izhar and Kostaq Hila

In this paper, we will investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems using fuzzy bi-polar soft set based information. We will utilize arithmetic and geometric operations in order to develop some fuzzy bi-polar soft aggregation operators like, fuzzy bi-polar soft weighted averaging (FBSWA) operator, fuzzy bi-polar soft ordered weighted averaging (FBSOWA) operator, fuzzy bi-polar soft weighted geometric (FBSWG) operator and fuzzy bi-polar soft ordered weighted geometric (FBSOWG) operator. The basic properties of these aggregation operators are studied. Next, we have used these operators in order to develop some approaches for solving fuzzy bi-polar soft multiple attribute deci- sion making problems. At the end, a practical example for selecting the most suitable candidate in a selection process is given for verifying the developed approach and its practical demonstration.
