Projective MV-Algebras and Their Automorphism Groups

The paper is devoted to the study of free and projective objects of MV-algebras, transferring some known universal algebraic results to the variety of MV-algebras. Representation theorems for finitely generated free MV-algebras, projective MV-algebras and their automorphism groups are given.
