Off-resonance and Phase Mis-matched Effects in a Four-wave Mixing Model

Propagation of both probe and generated fields in a four-wave mixing double-shape quantum well semiconductor model is studied numerically in the off-resonance case and for non-zero phase matching conditions. Both field intensities exhibit oscillations of reduced amplitudes due to frequency detuning effects.
