Photon Mass Operators from the Static Klein-Gordon Equation

The photon rest-mass is tackled by using the static Klein-Gordon equation. In fact, the photon rest-mass operator is found from the above equation. Furthermore, a related nonlinear functional is introduced, and the photon relativistic-mass operator and photon angular-frequency operator are obtained.
