Al/CdO NPs/PSi/Si/Al for optoelectronic devices

Due to their significant physical and chemical characteristics, metallic nanoparticles (NPs) have extensive applications. There has been a lot of interest in NPs generation utilizing green synthesis, and x-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed that green synthesized CdO NPs had a single-phase cubic structure. The average crystallite measure of nanoparticles was 38 nm. Nanoparticles with an unanticipated disk-like shape that agglomerated more in the scenario of green synthesis were observed in (SEM) photos.
